Since my Christmas presents for family, friends, and "inaanaks" have been pretty much finalized, I guess it's time for me to give myself a reward this Christmas :) I've been wanting to buy a portable-hair-laser-device since 2012, and been doing my thorough research since then. I don't usually trust ads when it comes to purchasing products/devices, I need to see reviews and proofs from experts to make sure that my money is gonna be well spent.
I saw this device when I had a layover in Singapore last 2012 in Clariancy, when I bought my PMD device, but I found it too pricey, that made me hesitant on buying it (plus my money was not enough. #BrokeGirlDillemas) 2 years has passed, and I was in YouTube watching some episodes of The Doctors, and saw how amazing this product is :D
I have a very thin and fine hair, So I really am not considered to be hairy at all. I never had the need to shave/wax my legs/arms all throughout my life But your homegirl, NEEDS SOME HAIR CONTROL ON HER ARMPIT AREA, don't we all do? haha. and a few stray hair, near my mustache area. I usually get to spend 3,000php for my monthly sessions on hair laser removal, so I do think that buying this device is gonna be a win-win situation for me.
The device is around 588 Sgd or 19, 972 Php
While Unboxing ....
A notice from the box indicating that this ain't applicable to people with darker complexions ... (way to be f******racist)
Here's a before and after shot upon testing my device:
Before...
After...
Pros: *User friendly, very easy to use
*Really does remove hair follicles effortlessly
*Hair laser devices usually tend to have a stingy feeling,
that clinics would require for an Emla Cream (Anesthesia) for every treatment, as patients with low pain tolerance wouldn't usually bear, BUT THANK GOODNESS, FOR SOME REASON, THIS DEVICE DOESN'T EVEN STING OR HURT A BIT, IT'S JUST LIKE HAVING YOUR PICTURE TAKEN BY SOME MASSIVE CAMERA
FLASH.
Cons: *Very expensive
*Not Available in the Philippines
